The walls, the floor and the roof are all made of materials that meet the Technical Requirements for heat transfer coefficients (maximum U for exterior walls: 0.20 W/m²K; for the floor: 0.30 W/m²K; for the roof: 0.15 W/m²K). The exterior walls, in turn, are made of fire-resistant panels from pressed rock wool, cladding planks, expanded aluminium plates and wood plastic composite fluted cladding. The energy independence of the structure is guaranteed by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, with a total output of approx. 2.5 kWp, an inverter and an energy storage system with a capacity of 5 kWh. This technology enables the uninterrupted use of electric appliances and full operation of the building even after a power outage.
